Coach Transformation

After finishing the certification, the learner will be able to differentiate between and among mentoring, facilitating, consulting, teaching and coaching, and will also gain the skills needed to create a safe environment for meaningful collaboration and healthy conflict resolution within an agile team.
Coach Accelerator
(ICP-ATF)
The ICP-ATF is one of two Continuing Learning Certifications (CLCs) on the Agile Coaching Track. It focuses primarily on the mindset and role of an agile team facilitator, while also providing group facilitation tools and techniques for effectively designing meetings and workshops that both engage the entire audience and drive towards agreed-upon outcomes.
ICAgile Certified Expert In Agile Coaching (ICE-AC)
Today, the Agile industry tends to reserve the “expert” label for people who gain exposure in the community by writing great blogs, speaking at conferences and publishing agile books. While this is certainly a significant contribution to the community, we believe that there are great agilists within organizations who live agile every day and make exceptional contributions on the ground, where it matters most.

Safe Scrum Master (SSM)
Our SAFe Scrum Master course provides all the needed information on facilitating team and program events and supporting successful PI execution. Unlike traditional Scrum Master training, the SAFe Scrum Master course focuses on how to work with both Scrum and Kanban teams and on how the Scrum Master participates and supports program level events at scale.
Safe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM)
This two-day course prepares current Scrum Masters for their leadership role in facilitating Agile team, program, and enterprise success in a SAFe® implementation. The course covers facilitation of cross-team interactions in support of the program execution and relentless improvement. It enhances the Scrum paradigm with an introduction to scalable engineering and DevOps practices; the application of Kanban to facilitate the flow of value; and supporting interactions with architects, product management, and other critical stakeholders in the larger program and enterprise contexts.
